Adobe photoshop s.e. 3.2

I have just got a new computer running Windows 7. I have re-installed the PCsuite 6. I went to install Adobe photoshop starter edition 3.2, but cannot find it anywhere. SE no longer support it ( it still appears as part of pc suite 6). Adobe no longer support it. Any ideas on a replacement or are SE going to produce a replacement?. I have a very large catologue of photographs put together on a Adobe set up.

Hi can you tell me where I can find a copy of Photoshop Album Starter Edition to download?
