Found the following instruction which should work.

Using a computer, you can download the Adobe Flash Player application directly from Adobe’s home page and then install it on your device manually.

To download the Adobe Flash Player application

  1. 1. Computer:  Go to www.adobe.com.
  2. 2. In the search field on the page enter “Archived”.
  3. 3. In the search result list that appears, select Archived Flash Player versions.
  4. 4. Scroll down to Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives.
  5. 5. Select the flash player version you want and save the file (.apk) on your computer.

To install the Adobe Flash Player application on your device manually

  1. 1. Allow your device to install applications from unknown sources:

    On Android 2.3:
Go to Settings > Applications and mark the box Unknown Sources.
    On Android 4.0:
Go to Settings > Security and mark the box Unknown Sources.
  2. 2. On your device, install a file manager application from Google Play™, for example Astro File manager or ES File Explorer.
  3. 3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable.
  4. 4. Computer: Copy the Adobe Flash Player installation file (.apk) to the device memory or the memory card, and disconnect the device.
  5. 5. Open the file manager application, and find and install the Adobe Flash Player.
