Why wont my address book load in my car

Keeps saying settin up then says address book no available

Any ideas would be very welcome

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Unfortunately this is likely due to an incompatibility between the Bluetooth profiles the two devices use for this function. I would advise checking with the carkit manufacturer to check compatibility.
