Adding/Removing lock screen apps/widgets like walkman, downloaded other apps

How to remove camera app/widget from lockscreen and add other than default apps. ??

Just long press on the widget

Not applicable for camera. I did pressed the camera widget for long time but after that camera opened, But is worked for the clock. And how to add other app/widgets(other than default apps like downloaded apps) ?

You can disable it using a lockscreen policy app like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wordpress.chislonchow.deviceadminkeyguard for example.
