Acro s screen error, system error

Hi, i cannot describe what is wrong with my phone, so i took a snapshot of it:

I have tried restarting it, and soft resetting the phone. Nothing has worked.
It just all of sudden did this, and when i unlocked it i saw all the writing and blue lines, etc.

Please help!

there is a settings for that go to settings>developer options then uncheck the pointer location and show CPU Usage
