About screen Z1

Hello good morning *indonesia.. I wana tell to anyone about my Z1 problem.. This because my fault coz i drown my Z1 to water and the water came in to my Z1 then i keep it to rice for 1 day after that i have problem w/ my screen like wont response my finger in one of spot screen.. Anyone can help me.? Note: no lose of pixel

I'm sorry to hear that, contact your Local support and request a vacuum test, this will prove who is at fault, if either the phone its faulty or if you didn't firmly closed the covers.

This my fault.. The seal on cover charge not good again after use for 2 year.. May i drown on water again and drain on rice for 5 day this will solve the screen.? Note: drop w/ power off..
