I purchased my c4 dual last on 11 september 2015......it was working well...bt in may 2016 its touch did not function automatically it was clicking here and there...then i went to the service centre and they changed the touch....bt again from this year 12 september 2016 the touch started showing the same problem.....some times it is working good bt some times its automatically functioning and hanging...even if a call comes it is rejecting the call automatically......from the last 10 days it was not even functioning....what to do??plzz help....is it a touch problem or anything else....cause sometimes its working very well but sometimes it is not even unlocking.....plzz help....
