I dont know what is this.It comes several times when i use my phone for long.It keeps moving with movement of my finger.Yesterday I formatted my phone by SUS then I figured this problem today.please help..
Is the glove mode on?? i think this happens if this function is enabled...check this out...go to settings>screen>glove mode> if its checked uncheck it and see if the problem still exists...
if it be on and you unlock screen without toching screen like"hovering your finger over lock screen or unlock when wear a glove or else" that circle will apear
