A problem with my mobile volume

Hi.

My Xperia M is new, and it's great and everything is okay but when i connect my mobile to any type of speakers it's not loud at all, my old mobile was nokia and it used to rock the speakers it was so loud and clear but my xperia m is not so loud, what's then problem? what should i do to make it louder?

Before taking it back,try this : settings-apps-all-sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.Restart and check again.
