a few problems in sony miro

i am facing a few problems in sony miro:

1) i am not able to assign group (friends, family) ring tones in sony miro.

2) the phone is a slow especially when i come back to my home screen after some navigation. the widgets folder takes some time to appear. how to make the phone faster.?

3) i am not able to open zipped attachments from my company mail (configured in outlook). it is giving a message: 'You cannot save or open this file because this type of attachment might contain malicious software'. how to rectify this ?

Unfortunately it's not possible to assign group ringtones as default.

You can increase the speed by reducing the amount of widgets and also applications that use much RAM.

To open zip files you will need to use an application. Check on Google Play store for any ZIP app.
