6.0.B.3.184 update problems

Good afternoon,

My terminal notifies me I have a new system update is available, the 6.0.B.3.184, I try to update it using the PC Companion and I can not do it. I stay in step 2 of preparation. When it seems to be prepared to update the terminal is turned off and does not update the system. I follow the steps given by PC Companion but I have not updated. Can you help?

up to  step  2  it will download  the updated software  to  system  .....then  u  have  to  disconnect  from usb and switch off the  phone  and  after  5 sec   press the  vol  down key and connect  to  usb then  the hardware   is  recognised and   update  will  continue.......enjoy

When I'm in step 2, setting the phone, the phone goes off. Is this normal?

That's when I disconnect usb, I reconnect by pressing the volume key .... I still can not update! :smileyangry::smileycry:
