Finally I have the 587 update available officially for my MT15i (NEO)
But I am confused still whether to update or not; I am on stock 2.3.2 GB and desperately looking for an upgrade.
I know has clarified some doubts but I am confused on few counts:
1. does this update have major battery issues?
2. does it have problems with the camera?
3. does it have problems with speed and performance?
4. If I update and as a consequence have the latest bootloader/kernel? or this update doesn't have that?
5. My bootloader shows as not unlockable as per Sony's official process. Will the update allow it to be unlocked?
I have seen various custom ROMs on XDA and am further confused as none are stable and constantly changing.
If anyone is using a stable ROM or feel that rooting after 587 update itself would have the desired results then please advice.
considering I am a noob what should I do?
