5.1.S.0.0 for neo v

I have been trying o install 5.1.S.0.0 on my neo v but every time it says intallation failed, can anyone help me my phone is unroot.

have you try to sideload the apk?

download the apk

How to sideload apps

unkown sourcess MUST be selected

1st Method

download OI File Manager (or any other file manager)

OI File Manager

download the app on your computer, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it

2nd method

download the apk on your computer, send it to yourself through email, make sure you send it to your Gmail

now on your phone

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

wait for the email, once  you get the email, open it, and instead of downloading the attachment it will allow you to install it, voila, done

3rd Method

go to box.com and upload the apks from any computer

install the App on your phone -> open BOX -> tap on the app -> install it

4th Method

download the app, transfer it to your SD card

Download Apk Manager

Apk Manager

open "Apk Manager" and voila select the apps that you wan't to install

i am trying sideload.

I also wanted to confirm that if i flash my phone with CM 10 jelly bean, is it good option as neo v wont get JB and if in future i want return of stock sony rom  is it possible? if yes than how?

you should be able to re-flash Sony's firmware with flashtool

sorry sideoad dint work its saying application not installed same for Xperia S music walkman its happening after i get my phone refreshed and ics installed from sony service centre
