Ur network needs to be an LTE one, meaning if u are using postpaid card, u can go back to ur operator and request for 4G network, note this though, You'd have to pay slightly more than when you only have 3G

it varies per carrier, here in the US if its available in your area & you have an LTE compatible phone just let them know and they will activate LTE at the same price as your current data plan.

What country are you in? England - you need to be with EE for now, other carriers will be rolling out by the end of the year.
