4G switch

When i switch on 4G in quick settings, Network Mode switches on LTE (preffered)/WCDMA/GSM. Then, if i used 4G long time and switch off 4G Network Mode switches on WCDMA (preffered)/GSM. If i using 4G short time, Network Mode switches at the latest mode (e.g. Only GSM).
Need fixes, that switch off 4G on quick settings always switches Network Mode at the latest state before 4G.

I didn't even know there was a 4G setting?! That might explain why I didn't get 4G in a known hotspot the other day...
