4g not working

My 4g and 3g doesn't work, it's been like this for 2 days now, almost full signal, tried rebooting and putting the Sim card in and out

My 4g is really slow, download is 0,40mbp/s and upload is 4mbp/s

I have good signal and I'm supposed to get unlimited speeds, or 4g+

Are you referring to 4G LTE? go to 

settings > about phone > status > signal strength > what do you see? also do you see the LTE/4G icon ?

its not duplicated, first it was slow and now it doesnt work..

signal is -95db

Well I found out the problem, just had to activate it by sending a message to my mobile subscriber thingy, since I'm also out of my home country the speed might get dropped down drastically but I also pay extra for using it in the EU

-70 dBm	Minimum signal strength for reliable packet delivery.
-80 dBm	Minimum signal strength for basic connectivity. Packet delivery may be unreliable.
