Yes i can. Just try to buy the phone and use it couple of days with the new 4.3 softwear and come back to this forum to talk again.

I had the old Media Server problem when I first got my SP. I disabled the haptic feedback (touch vibrate) and all the applications I don't use. It's quite tricky to pin down the cause as it can be one or more apps causing it - I never did manage to find the culprit(s).

Starting in safe mode sounds like a good idea - I didn't try that myself, but it'll be a useful diagnostic.

I am with stock @4.3 , no apps installed!!!!!!  cause of the 4.3 bugs, i wanted to see from where they came from. But they were there and with the stock android.Now downgrading to .245 firmware. I don't think the problem is in my television, I think it is outside my tv screen.
