just thought Id ask fellow Arc(s) users if they have received the official update and where they are from. This is basically a thread to find out whos got and whos left to get. please check PCC before posting. It would be much appreciated if you could help.

really? I seen a few wondering when theyll be getting the update on other threads. The point I was trying to make with this thread was to find out whos got and whos left to get. Im curious to know how many countries have got so far

I've got the same SI as Trevor868 above.

I'm wondering, what is Sony's reason for not releasing the update to my phone? I know that the networks not releasing it is a common excuse here but in this case my phone is sim free so you cannot blame the mobile networks.

I don't understand why Sony and the other mobile companies can't learn from what apple do well. All iphone users can download the update on the day of release, there's none of this waiting around (for unknown reasons as far as I can tell). A few years back, I had a nokia which had exactly this problem where an update had been released by the manufacturer but nokia and the network just blamed each other for me not getting the update.

I did a while back, some say they dont even know and some say that they have the update and they are testing it out with the phones ... so I dont know how long it will take for them to release it, So im guessing that is why my SI number is not on the list yet
