4.0.4 Cannot set lockscreen wallpaper under Pattern Lock mode

Hi all,

I am not sure if this is only my case.  Maybe all XP users could help check it out.

I have set the lockscreen wallpaper (A) different from my UI wallpaper (B).

If I just use normal "slide to unlock" mechanism, everything's fine.  The lockscreen wallpaper is "A".

However, if I change it to "draw pattern to unlock (the nine dots thing)", the lockscreen wallpaper would become "B" !

Back to GB 2.3.7, I remembered that "A" is "A" and "B" is "B" even under "pattern unlock" method.

Any hint ?

I've tried it out and that is actually how it's supposed to work for the moment.

We'll have to wait and see for the moment if there might be any changes in any eventual future update.

i too have noticed it, but i thought that i might just be setting it the wrong way.

i preffer the previous version where i can have the "slide to unlock" and followed with the "lock pattern",

and the capability to change the "lock screen wallpaper"

even the shourtcut from the "slide to unlock" and "silent mode"

Read the post above by Petter. he said that "it is actually how it's supposed to work for the moment". maybe they disabled that feature.

If you want to change the wallpaper for lockscreen/pattern for the moment, try installing 3rd party apps just like "Go Locker" in Play Store , if you want.
