According to PTCRB there is a new Arc S firmware release pending - 4.0.2.D.0.5. Anyone have any details?

I have no information about such an update.
its not ICS, ICS should be 6. something. that's probably a variant for an specific network, just like 4.0.2.C.0.5 its for Israel I believe
