I got a xperia c 15dayz b4...since den m trying for 3g data surfing but not able to brows..2g data is coming..i hd changed 5sim til now but result is same..with those sim i'm getting 3g data in other phone...plz help me to solve my problem..

Is your Xperia C compatible with your Carrier/Network's 3G frequencies? Do you have the correct APN settings?

If you are in India go to your network provider's website and there you will find the method for downloading 3G settings for your set, then only you will be able to use it.

Don't do anything.
Just go to mobile networks and change the settings of sim in which you want 3g
Settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks> select sim>network mode and change it to GSM only make sure you have 3G data enabled on sim1 only. Sim2 is CDMA only.

Anand_95, I am sorry to say that you have misquoted the data settings.The 3G technically known as WCDMA is available on Sim 1 only and 2G on both sims.You have to choose WCDMA preffered on sim 1 and also enable data to be able to use 3G. You also need to activate 3G on your sim and download 3G settings.

3G setting is not possible in this phone. I have tried and my network provider (Vodaphone) also tried for days. The problem is that the setting does not show the network mode setting where 3G or dual mode is selected in all other phones. I am still running in 2 G mode

Sony software needs update to at least provide what android gives as basic.
