3G native video call

3G native video call is unfortunately not supported. 

However you can use apps like hangouts, skype and viber to video chat with other users.

If you want to make video call over 3g network u should use samsung otherwise it is not supported, you can root your device to do so.

I am using xperia ion which doesn't supports native 3G video calls I don't know why sony doesn't provide this feature?
In the new update of ios even 3g calling is now enabled in iPhone's when u gonna update yourself sony? Even u stuck on jelly bean 4.1.2 and in the market kitkat is present atleast you can provide an upgradation in kitkat.
My personal suggestion to you dont concentrate on selling smartphones, also upgrade them so that an user is satisfied with the investment he/she made in purchasing these kind of smartphones.
