3g Fluctuation and Connection Problem!

While using 3g in my tipo dual, the connection fluctuates, the sign shows 3g then H+ (which is tramission going on), H+ is not fixed while downloading..
which creates downloading problem..can any one help me how to solve this?

Another problem is that many times both sims being active..but still when someone calls..I dont get any call. But if I disable one sim, then there is no problem both for this problem and the problem stated above.

Please help me out! These are creating a lot of problems ! My number becomes unavailable due to this network issue.

The reception is the cause of the problem in this case. If you are getting frequent fluctuation between 3G to HSDPA there is little you can do is this is based on your location in relation to cell towers.

The same location didnt problem my other phone..which gives HSDPA signal continuously.
