3G dont work

Good day, Please help me im from Philippines, the 3G of my Xperia P dont work

I have done these steps

(Talkand Text / Smart = my network provider)

I even Hard reset my Phone and also SUS.

Any suggestion? My phone is not rooted.

My signal strength

-97 dBm 7 asusometimes -100 dBm 7 asu

is it the problem? or what any suggestions?  please help

call your network provider and see if they can send you the correct settings for your 3G settings!

im using suncellular bro..try to google the manual setting for your xp..kase ung sakin manually ko lang ininput ung settings.

As already mentioned, i would recommend that you contact your operator and manually check the settings under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names and that you have access to data with your subscription.

If your operator can't find any problem, try the phone with another SIM-card and see if it works.
