3G data connection problem in Tipo dual

Hi Dears:-

I facing a very unknown action in my Xperia Tipo Dual

that during I using the 3G data connection with Internet

the notification that appear in Notification area flapping between (H & 3G)

and the connection to Internet down and up

are this normal behavior !!!!!!!!!?????

if not ........ what is the reason ????

and what I can do to fix this issue

If it is jumping between 3G and H this could impact the data transfer speed but should not cause the internet to drop out.

what ever drop Internet or not ....... Im not sure yet

but are this action is normal ?????????

or I have some ware error (hardware or software) ????????

and how to fix it ????????
