3D sweep panorama

Ive been wondering just excatly how you use the 3D sweep panorama *also known as 3D camera* on my xperia u cause everytime i try to figure it out i always seem to fail at it can anyone give me some tips

all i know you press the shot example move the phone from the left to the right then it should show you picture

after pressing the camera key move very slowly from left to right...

What comes up on the screen when trying to perform the function, does it advise to move slower or does it display something else all together?

it basically comes up with saying move more slowly and ive tried that but it stops half way through the sweep panorama and im getting really frustrated with it now

Yes !  It is not possible to use 3D sweep easily. You should have an arm like ROBOT:smileymischief:
