3D camera and lagging issues

I just bought the Neo V about 1 month ago but still had not figured out how to use the 3D camera. It states to 'pan' the camera and when i tried to do it, no matter fast or slow, it states that i am doing it too quickly and i should slow down. I'm still stuck with this problem.

Also, i am having lagging problems with my online games. How do I resolve these problems? Thanks!

Hi there, I can't help on the games as this isn't my area of expertise but on the panorama camera I would say I hear what you are saying.  I have never had much joy with it, it is very particular how it wants you to pan and I haven't the time or patience to learn it.  So my suggestion is that if you want great panorama shots like these taken on my Neo - one take horizontally and the other vertically

Then have a look at this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=14976061&postcount=90 and download the .apk either straight to your phone or to your PC and transfer it.  You will need a file manager app if you don't already have one to install it.  I use Astro but there are lots of very good ones, OI, ES, Linda are all also good.

Hi Suze,

Thanks for your insights, I think they will be of help to me for sure. I will try like what you have said, take horizontal then vertical shots and hopefully, i am able to create beautiful pics like urs as well.

Oh I need to download the .apk file? Actually i do not know what is that, sorry. There are a lot of things i do not know about my new phone yet. But i will go to the thread which u mentioned to take a look. By the way, what is OI, ES & Linda? Thanks!

Hi Venus

Sorry I was going to fast for you - I forget myself sometimes.  OK so if you haven't got a file manager from the Android Market/Play Store then download one of the ones suggested.... Astro/OI/ES/Linda any of them are good.  Just search and then install it to your phone.

Second step, on your phone go to Settings>Applications and make sure Unknown sources is ticked.

Next click on the link for XDA and then click on com.sonyericsson.panorama.one.apk where it says attached files and it will start a download.  Don't try and open the file on your PC as it won't recognise the file type.  You then need to connect your phone to your PC and copy the file across to your SD card. Disconnect your phone.

Hope you are still with me..... it really isn't as complicated as it seems.

So now on your phone open up whichever file manager you got from the Market/Play Store and locate the .apk file you just copied across.  When you click on it you should get the option to install or open the installation manager, basically words to that effect.  Once its installed you should find an icon in your app drawer and you can load it up and have a play.

Give me a shout if you need any more help.  I am on GMT so will be around tomorrow morning and then on and off during the day.
