3 problems with Xperia J

Good afternoon

I bought this mobile phone in about 2 weeks and have had some problems.

1. The flash of the camera doesn´t work whenever i take flash pictures. The native application blocks, emerging message "Unknown error".

    Using Instagram ou other camera app does the same... no picture taken and app blocked.

2. In random applications the phone comes back to the main screen for no apparent reason.

3. Some widgets fail to respond to touch briefly.

The mobile phone has all the latest updates released by Sony as the last firmware 11.0.A.7.5

I would like to have some feedback about these problems ...

P.S: Since this Xperia J is out of stock from Vodafone in Portugal... i have a reserved unit for me, when the stock returns to make a unit exchange.
So i hope that Sony can resolve this problems before releasing more units into the market... i had Samsung's and Nokia's all my life and none of those had so much problems.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

Thank you Johan... but i've allready run a software reinstall 1 week ago and the problem was solved. With that i did lost some of my info, and had to reinstall the apps again.
I just don´t understand how the support of Sony have taken 14 days to tell me that...

I hope for now on, that every change i will make in installing or unistalling android software in the phone won´t bring me problems with other software working just fine. Until now that's the major negative point i can adress to Android OS...
