2G/3G Network Setting on Neo L

anyone knows how to fix 2G/3G Network Settings on XPERIA Neo L?

I mean te problem is if you change it to WCDMA Only (3G), it will always back to WCDMA Preferred after reboot.

How could such SONY Developer miss this part??

seems this issue have been told loong loong time ago.. and it's takes 2 years for Sony Mobile Developer to fix this??

DUDE! With other custom rom it fixed! I Just wonder how Sony Developer which working for money to fix this when other people working custom rom for free and solved the problem!
