15.1.C.2.8 Software Update not updating OTA

Hi All, 

May seem strange but I just noticed the 15.1.C.2.8 Software Update notification and was planning to do it OTA but it doesn't work. It's not updating. Can anyone kindly help me with this? No access to a PC or laptop at the moment to do it via PC companion.

Turn on your wifi > then 

settings > about phone > software update, you might need a PC or Mac to perform the update

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)
