This is with the reference to the ticket id 14070900967, I have a very bad experience in sony service centre, Saltlake Kolkata. Not only this, as I already spoke with Anuj from senior escalation team, Sony Xperia on toll free number 180030002800, and he told that the issue will be investigated and as I already informed either my handset will be repaired and given back to me or else I want a new handset not the refurbished one, the service centre people wanted me to shoot me an e-mail regarding that and also they did not offer me a standby handset which is supposed to be given me as my handset is with them now, My concern is, I have purchased a smart phone spending almost 40000 rupees, got an extreme bad treatment from service centre, not much cooperation from Sony xperia desk, I may have to go to consumer forum and lodge an official complaints against this, Sony is my client and as a corporate customer I do not want to spoil Sony's brand name, please look in to this issue, and I do not want to take any drastic steps regarding this, the phone has design issue, customer should not suffer for a phone design issue, if anything repairable, repair or else give a new handset, not a refurbish one. As an electronics and telecom engineer, I have identified the issue. Issue with battery, getting overheated and the rear panel, it is unable to dissipate the heat due to compactness of the phone, the cooling architecture is not great and not sure whether any cooling pad system is there or not. Please go through my complaints and rectify it either by repairing my phone or else changing with brand new one.
