11.2.0.A.31 ?

Guys I use sony xperia J I still have 11.2.0.A.21 ı try to upgrade it but sony pc companion can't see the update 

By the I live in Turkey 

What do ı have to do ? 

and one more thing every game is lagging so please help me

Try using the SUS (Sony Update Service) program which you can download on this website.  It can force upgrade your phone into the newest firmware.  But the consequences is that data on your phone (internal and apps) will be wiped.  Just make sure that you backup your cata from internal storage.  Hope this help you
