10% of the battery is draining in 5 minutes

I have Xperia z1 I bought it from 8 months the problem is the first 10% is draining at 5 minutes and the battery isn't last for 4 hours

the battery graph start to work when the device is not connected to the charger, it will not calibrate properly while connected to the charger.,

let your phone charge until 90%-100% then after a few minutes it will start to recalibrate itself.
