Xylophone like sounds during call

Xperia XA, Android 7.0

When I start a call comes sounds like xylophone: pling plong plong plong  This also happes randomly during conversation and is not nice. Can´t get rid of it.

This looks like a 3rd party app, so start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.
