Hi my Sony Xperia xa1 has bent due to heat what do I it's 11 months old never happened to me before,

I'm sorry to hear that, but the phone can't bend on it's own, perhaps you sat on it, either or, you have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

My opinion, it won't be covered by warranty.

I haven't sat on it or dropped it, I've read some phones do bend if sony can't fix it, I'll have get it fixed independently can't afford a new one

The only way a phone will bend if force it's applied to it, like sitting on it. You probably heard about iPhones, and that was the problem it had a weak housing and it was bending when users kept it in their back pockets and sat on it.
