Please please please don't buy Sony phones

I brought Sony xa1 , I really feel like I had thrown 20000 in garbage

Data problem network problem n the major problem in every 9 of 10 phones is the touchscreen , it's worst n head paining phone

Only Sony is now just for namesake n nothing . Bad quality phones

I’m sorry, my friends, but you’d have had but luck. My XA1 have been working perfectly (at least for a month) and I love it. Don’t blame a whole company nor their happy users!

Wait for a few more months, Ive had the XA1 for a year, one of the first problems I encountered was a Unresponsive Touchscreen that happened not even 6 months in.

Now Im having to deal with bad reception with the unit, Clearly this has nothing to do about luck, something definitely went wrong during production and Sony isn't telling us about it,

If you scour the XA1 forum you will see many posts regarding common problems faced, If you want to pin everything on your best-of-luck instead of trying to contribute, then its better to say nothing.

You’re right, @UmadaTora, and I'm sorry. I’d like just to point out that this is a support forum, not a complaint forum, so also ask to yourself how much have you contribute here till now.

Regards
