Xperia xa1 shuts down by itself frequently

I bought this phone just 2 days ago, and it shuts down itself frequently. I do not know, what should I do. Anyone can help me please ?

is it happening every day ? or just once or twice a week ? and does it happens when you do particular thing or randomly when it feels like? if it's just ranomly then it might be faulty battery cause I had the same problem with xperia XA and they replaced the battery and the problem seems to have gone away. Go to nearest sony service center. 

but first, you might want to take out sim and memory card just to be sure that they are not the problem 😉

Can you please remove your SD card and SIM card and see if it continues?

If so, can you please test the phone in safe mode.
