Hi
I also have this problem but it isnt problem.
Just in android 7 aida 64 and similar apps can't read cpu clock speed and show sleep all cores.
Don't worry about it.
At least one core should be running. There might be something wrong with the app. Try CPU X by Pacific. Does it display the info?
Pretty much that ^^^
All cores cannot be sleeping, for obvious reasons.
Hello
I've recently got my software update for my phone. I've used CPU-z well before changing to Nougat and it worked in order.
Now, The program (and any other similar programs) Can't read the CPU clock speed, and nor the activity of all of the CPU cores. It shows that from CPU0 to 7 all my cores are stopped.
In addition, thermal sensors seems to be not working also. Before the update i had clear readings from the thermal sensors, Now the program(s) say "No thermal data"
Performance wise it seems everything is working perfectly, I just find it odd to be incapable of reading these data, since on 6.0 I could do easily.
P.S I've tried many similar software, restarted the phone, did factory reset also with no luck.
Any ideas?
Sincerely,
Lajos
CPU X doesnt work either
This can mean only 2 things:
1. The app is not fully compatible with Android 7
2. Sony has restricted access to read the speed (CPU state is restricted in Android 6)
Guys use cpu z from play store. It ll show abt cores. But it ll tell the screen as 4.59 something. Other than that rest ll be fine i guess..
