So, my display doesn't work properly (purchased the phone half a year ago) and I have to send it in for getting it fixed. Try to backup my data using the xperia companion, but it doesn't work. Saving the data for Contacts and Calendar fails repeatedly. I restarted the phone and the companion app, but the error still occurs.
What can I do? I am getting more and more frustrated with this phone.
