XA2 Ultra

MY XA2 ULTRA DOES NOT CONNECT TO ANY COMPUTER.

Can transfer file from XA2 ultra to PC via sony's usb-C cable but not to usb-C SD card storage today.

Nothing. I want to give up.

On plugging usd-c SD card storage, 2 SD cards can be seen:-

1) SD card near SIM card slot

2) USB drive (but it was in ejected status): tap this, it prompts u to mount it first, tap mount, couldn't mount usb drive message appears today)

Need to check where usb can be unlocked…

Ok now.

Under lock screen & security,go to 

Privacy: Encryption & credentials

Check "Encrypt SD card" if activated or deactivated.  Deactivate SD card encryption if u want to use external uzb-C SD card storage.

It has always been deactivated.

I GIVE UP!

If u still hv valid warranty, go to nearby Sony store n check if yr USB-C type cable has faults or yr mobile.  

Or calm down n continue tmr …
