MY XA2 ULTRA DOES NOT CONNECT TO ANY COMPUTER.

Try using a different USB cable (not all cables are able to transfer data). Also, make sure that the latest Xperia Companion is installed as it includes the drivers for your device.

I'VE DONE BOTH OF THEM ALREADY QUESTER BUT STILL CANNOT.

@CMDR when you connect the phone, make sure to choose File transfer on a pop up that appears on the phone's screen.

There's no pop-up. I don't know why.

just to make sure, you unlock the phone's screen before connecting, right?

Still nothing. No pop-up ut the phone is charging.

The pop up may not appear, but if you slide dowm from the top, you should have a notification about and, if you tap in it you should be able to choose 'File transfer'

Just tried it several times now but stil nothing.

U need to become a developer & turn on USB debugging under system.  Ask yr Sony dealer.
