XA2 black screen

Hi there possible you can help me with something? As I'm not really getting much from my carrier

My XA2 run out of battery as was playing pokemon go. I put it on charge last night for an hour. 

Today when I tried to turn it on all I'm getting is like a lite up a black screen. If I plug it in the get a green light on the notification light.

I have already tried a hard reset 3 times. I contact my carrier and all I got is to do a hard reset. 

Any ideas? tried to connect to the computer and no luck

Did you ever get a response to this or sort your problem out? I have done the hard reset. Also done the whole software repair thing and still have the same screen.
