Anyone have an answer to my problem. Sometimes some of the apps need to be tapped multiple times to open the application, on other occasions they respond how they should, not always the same app playing up. Sometimes I can get them to work using a Stylus with a hard press.
I ran the test on the Screen, and the phone failed both tests, so I did not check the tick, I tapped the other one, no information popped up to advise me what to do.
Time to contact your Local support to get it inspected, you can also repair it with XC ( Xperia Companion) but it seems more like a hardware issue rather than software.
