XA1 ultra screen problem

Mi XA1 ultra se pasmo, intente apagarlo y quedo fija la imagen de talcel. Ya no apaga la luz de la pantalla 🙁

My ultra XA1 was shocked, try to turn it off and fixed the talcel image. It no longer turns off the light on the screen 🙁
