XA1 ultra charging intermittently.

My XA1 ultra charges intermittently, it is the same whatever charger I use. 

The chargers work work fine with devices so they aren’t the issue. The phone has never dropped or exposed to water. 

Is this a charger port problem or other hardware?

I've only had the phone around 6-7 weeks so it is under warranty.

1) use only original XA1 Ultra charger with QUICK CHARGE support

2) use type-c cables which support 2.1 A or more amperage charging

3) dont buy cheap 2-5$ type-c cables, GOOD quality cable costs >10$ per one

1. Check whether the charging port  is stained with dust or not.

2. You can try to reset the factory Settings.

3. You can go to the nearby Motorola service center for help.

4. In addition to the above inspection methods, it may also be a problem with the battery and charging IC on the motherboard.
