Hi. My phone screen is blank. I can here sounds like it is doing things when I touch the screen. I have held down top volume and power button a few times but it's not working. Anyone help

Hi @Ingped, sorry to hear about this.

If you are still experiencing this behaviour, I would recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, so we can see if this is caused by the software in the device or not.

Do note that all data stored on the internal storage of your device will be deleted during the repair.

When the repair has finished, try starting the device up as normal and if you still don't get any picture in the display, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further.

je rencontre le même problème : l'écran reste noir mais le tactile fonctionne. Il l'avait fait plusieurs fois déjà mais de courte durée et il s'est toujours rallumé seul. Là par contre il ne se rallumait pas, alors je l'ai mis dans du riz plus d'une semaine, au début il a remarché mais quand j'ai voulu baisser la luminosité à nouveau écran noir.. Je l'ai relaissé dans le riz mais ça ne marche plus, et j'ai effectué une réparation logicielle donc j'ai perdu énormément de données mais bon, c'était ma dernière chance, et ça n'a pas marché.. Est-ce qu'il y aurait une autre solution? Je n'ai pas les moyens de le faire réparer, je ne sais même pas s'il est sous garantie, je le paye 5€ par mois sur 2 ans et ces 2 ans ne sont pas encore écoulés donc peut-être qu'il y a la garantie mais je n'en sais rien.. Dans tous les cas je ne peux me permettre de payer pour le faire réparer donc si quelqu'un a une idée pour moi..
