XA1 Power button screen delay and SD card problem

Hello,

I only got this phone a few months back and only recently have I had this problem - using the power button to turn off, absolutely fine.. using it to turn the phone on to the unlock screen, there's about a 3 - 6 second delay.

And also, my SD card suddenly wasn't detected but in the settings, I have 28GB out of 32GB left, so unsure why it's saying it's not detected but half of my pictures and albums are missing.

Things to try 

unmount the SD card > boot in >>> safe mode > do you experience the same lag?

I did try that and at first I thought it worked but it still doesn't.

My phone model isn't even on this website, so I can't even use the live chat support for help.

Anyone have any other advice? 

My phone power button sometimes takes up to 5 - 7 seconds to display the unlock screen and half of my albums are missing due to 'no SD Card detected' but I do have one in there.
