I just got a XA1 Plus, I had to replace my BQ X5 Plus really quick because of an incredibly swollen battery, and the specs of XA1 Plus was perfect for me, so I just picked it up. Apparently, it was a wrong move. It's day one and it's already causing problems. First of all, the cameras are terrible, I mean TERRIBLE, my BQ had a 16 MP shooter at the back and a 8 MP at the front, and this piece of garbage does not even come close, I've been searching for solutions for two hours and I've tried everything, installed every update, tried other apps, but it's still the same. Blurry, lifeless and noisy. It's even worse on Whatsapp video calls.
Also, the screen seems to be terrible as well, the reds are not even red, it's like a strong orange. Just saw that another guy had the same problem, no fixes on his topic either. I mean come on, how can a brand new phone have can be THIS problematic?! Many people warned me about Sony smartphones, and I was like "meh.. they told the same thing about my Vaio and we've been together for 7 years without any problems", but apparently they were right.
Stay away.
