XA1 G3112 layout looks different

What I mean by this is, any tips/advice offered does not correspond with how my phone is layed out. So find it very difficult to remedy issues.  If I swipe down, my SETTINGS icon is on the bottom right, not at the top as pictured on your web page.  This makes it impossible for me to try and sort out the call barring issue, if indeed that is the problem, as I do not have the CALL option either, this is very confusing.  Hope this makes sense.

Maybe you are looking at an older version of the user manual (i.e. you have Android 8 and are looking at Android 7 manual).

You can access to the latest version of the manual going to Settings > system > phone info > support > [home icon in the bottom] > web support > user guide

I'm not quite sure that I understand how it looks in your device, would it be possible for you to get back to me with a screen shot? To take a screen shot, press and hold the power button and then tap on "Take screen shot".

You can also follow the suggestion given by @Jetzu, however the manual should be updated to how it looks in Android Oreo (8.0).
