XA screen flickering

Dear team,

Offlate I observe my XA screen flickering while I am on watsapp/kindle. How do I fix it?

Flickering in the sense? Do you have a discolored issue?

not exactly.. Light fades gradually and brightens gradually

Ok try this.. Check with safe mode and tell me if it exists! And also check Settings-->Accessibility-->Colour correction is OFF or ON ?

Ok.. Luckily, the fix is easy & following solution may fix a more annoying problem.

1. Go to settings >>  About phone.
2. Find "Build number" and click 6 times fast on it.
3. You will then get the message saying: "You are now a developer"
4. Come back to Home Screen, and then go back to Settings >> More Tab >> Now you will see the "Developer Options"
5. Now go to Developer options >> Drawing Section or Rendering Section >> Find "Turn off hardware overlays" or "disable hardware overlays" >> This will force the phone to always use GPU for screen compositing

The hardware overlays is already turned off.... That means I am already in gpu mode

try to disable the adaptive brightness. settings>display

and set the brightness manually
